Job Description

• Computer Science/Engineering Degree
• 5+ years of hands-on experience and deep working knowledge of Linux
• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting microservice-based apps built on Helidon
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with a wide range of AWS and OCI service offerings
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with configuration management tools and concepts (e.g., DSC, Chef, Ansible, Docker, Puppet, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools and concepts
• 3+ year of experience with Kubernetes
• 3+ years of experience administrating nginx servers
• Understanding and experience working with open-source products like Apache Superset, Keycloak, Grafana, Prometheus, PostgreSQL etc. is a plus
• Experience with networking and security concepts, methods and technologies in large scale production in AWS and OCI
• Experience with OpenAI or AWS Bedrock based AI offerings is a plus.
• Strong scripting skills: Bash and Python
• Ability to work in high pressure, highly flexible environment against both short- and long-term requirements.
• Passionate about technology and solving IT operations-focused problems.
• Must be detail oriented, task driven, and have excellent communication skills. Customer service focus is key.
• Ability to work effectively with staff, peers, and others in and outside the organization to accomplish goals, objectives and to identify and resolve problems.
• English language fluency is required.
• US Shift 8am EST – 5pm EST
• This is a fully remote position.
