Job Description
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., Snowflake, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role
  • Hands-on programming skills in languages such as Python or Java is a plus
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services (e.g., S3, Redshift, BigQuery) is good to have
  • Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with HR data analysis and HR domain knowledge is preferred

  • What is Global People Analytics?

    As a member of the People Analytics team, your role will focus on transforming HR platforms, improving capabilities and engagement, and streamlining HR operations through automation and digital tools. You’ll work closely with the global HR team and other BCG colleagues to oversee and support the full employee lifecycle within the organization.

    The People Management Team (PMT) encompasses various specialized areas, including HR Operations, Analytics, Career Development, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, Compensation, and Mobility. These teams collaborate to attract, hire, and retain top-tier, diverse talent for BCG’s Global Services, while building and strengthening organizational capabilities.

    Our focus extends to nurturing talent, enhancing leadership skills, and fostering a sense of connection and engagement, particularly in our newly established global offices. The PMT is dedicated to streamlining processes, advancing automation, and promoting global consistency. By leveraging data-driven insights and innovative technologies, we continuously strive to enhance the scope and impact of our work.
