• Intellectual curiosity, passion for problem-solving, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Excellent technical skills for data analysis and process development, especially SQL.
• Proficient in data visualization and Self-serve tools like Tableau.
• Python and Alteryx skills are also good to have.
• A proven track record of end to end analytics - problem definition, collating the required information, analyzing the results, synthesizing and communicating a compelling argument and influencing partners to act.
• Experienced in handling big data (Hadoop, Teradata, etc.) and agile experience.
• Ability to translate commercial requirements into software solutions.
• Experience in Advanced Analytics and proven knowledge in SQL and Python programming language is advantageous.
